About the event

Generations has older teens and young adults paired with an elder of their choice

and vice versa to build this unique inter-generational experience. The retreat is

small by design allowing for an intimate community of 12 pairs, 24 people plus 4

teacher facilitators.


Generations Retreat uses Mindfulness as a foundation for fostering an inter-

generational community. Participants spend a weekend deepening communication,
